Do I need an account to use the free scan?
No. Free scans require no account, no email, and no credit card. Just submit a URL or upload a file and click scan. Free scans reset every 24 hours, tracked by IP address.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire. Buy them today, use them next year — they’ll still be there. Credits are linked to your email address.
Can I use credits across all 3 tools?
Yes. Each credit works for any of our three checkers — Web Checker, PDF Checker, or Document Checker. One credit = one full audit, regardless of which tool you use.
Is there a difference between free and paid scans?
No feature difference at all. Every scan — free or paid — gets the same checks, AI explanations, framework code fixes, live preview, and PDF report. The only difference is the number of scans you can run per day.
How does the free scan limit work?
We track free scans by IP address (stored as a hashed value for GDPR compliance). Each IP gets 1 free scan per tool per day — that’s 3 free scans daily across the platform. The counter resets every 24 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe for secure payments. All major credit and debit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and more. Self-serve packs are billed in USD. Enterprise customers can pay in EUR, USD, GBP or AUD via invoice.
Which jurisdictions do you cover?
We map findings to 10 frameworks: WCAG 2.2, EN 301 549, ADA (US), Section 508 (US Federal), EAA (EU), AODA (Ontario), ACA (Canada Federal), DDA (Australia), UK Equality Act 2010 + PSBAR 2018, and NZ Human Rights Act + NZGWAS. See the Compliance Hub for full details.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund on unused credits. See our Refund Policy for details.
Do you offer team or enterprise pricing?
Yes. We offer Enterprise credit packs (100 / 250 / 500 credits) with up to 55% off self-serve rates, priority support, white-label reports, NET 30 invoicing and procurement-friendly terms. See Enterprise plans.
Where is my data stored?
Scan data is processed in EU and Australian data centres. Free-scan IPs are stored only as salted hashes (not raw IPs). Paid customers’ emails are stored encrypted. Enterprise customers receive a custom DPA and can opt for region-specific residency. See our Privacy Policy.
