How it works

No long procurement cycle. Most Enterprise accounts go from form to first scan within one business day.

  1. You submit the form

    Tell us which pack you want, your company details, and (optionally) your target scan volume. Takes about two minutes.

  2. We send a Stripe invoice

    Invoice in your company name, with ABN / VAT / tax number as needed. Pay by card or bank transfer via Stripe's secure checkout.

  3. Credits land on your account

    As soon as payment clears, your credits appear against the email you signed up with. No software to install, no API keys to configure.

  4. Start scanning

    Use any of the three tools. Each scan deducts one credit regardless of tool. Download PDF reports as you go.

Enterprise FAQ

Common questions from agencies, public sector buyers, and in-house compliance teams.

Can I buy Enterprise credits directly with a card, without filling the form?

Not yet. Right now every Enterprise pack goes through a short form so we can issue a proper invoice with your company's tax details. Payment itself is still Stripe — you can use a card or bank transfer from the invoice.

How is this different from the $10 Starter and $15 Best Value packs on /pricing/?

Same platform, same three tools, same detections. Enterprise packs are just bigger: 100 / 250 / 500 credits at a lower per-scan rate, with proper invoicing and (for larger packs) a named account manager.

Do Enterprise credits expire?

No. All credits — Starter, Best Value, or Enterprise — never expire. Buy when it's procurement-friendly, use when the project needs it.

Can a team share one pack?

Yes. Credits are tied to an email address, so teams typically sign up with a shared address (e.g. compliance@yourcompany.com) and share login details internally. For larger packs we can also set up multiple tracked emails against one balance — mention it in the form.

Will I get a proper invoice for my finance team?

Yes. Tick “I need an invoice” on the form and include your company name, ABN / VAT / tax number, and any PO reference. Stripe generates a formal invoice in your name.

Do the credits work across all three tools?

Yes. One credit = one full scan on Web Checker, PDF Checker, or Document Checker. Mix and match however suits your workflow.

Which jurisdictions do you cover?

We offer custom packs up to 5,000 credits with negotiated rates. Pick “Custom” on the form and tell us your target volume — we'll come back with a quote.

Yes — see our Refund Policy. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

WCAGHub is a solo-operated product focused purely on WCAG 2.2 automated testing — no bloated SaaS pricing, no “call sales” wall. That's why Enterprise pricing is listed openly on this page.
