Include as much detail as you can — it helps us fix things faster.

  • URL you tested — paste the exact page address you scanned
  • What happened — describe the issue or unexpected behaviour
  • What you expected — how should it have worked instead?
  • Which tool — Web Checker, PDF Checker, or the website itself
  • Screenshot — a visual helps us find the problem instantly
  • Browser & device — Chrome, Safari, mobile, desktop, etc.
